Teaching Mission
Our department's teaching objectives and distinctive features are developed based on the university's educational philosophy of 'One Mission, Three Goals' and the four major teaching objectives of the School of Management.
Additionally, our department develops distinctive teaching objectives based on the requirements of each academic program.
Bachelor's Degree Program Objectives
The objectives of our bachelor's degree program focus on creating (1) a conducive learning environment, (2) imparting professional knowledge, (3) enhancing workplace skills, and (4) cultivating a professional attitude.
Master's Degree Program Objectives
The objectives of our master's degree program and executive master's program are to: (1) Enhance professional competence (2)Improve research capabilities (3) Foster teamwork spirit (4) Expand international perspectives.
- While the overall objectives of the executive master's program align with the master's degree program, the executive program places greater emphasis on cultivating the qualities and capabilities required by mid-level managers.
- For domestic regular students and international students, the emphasis is on developing the capabilities required for general managers.
Doctoral Program Objectives
The objectives of our doctoral program are to: (1) Enhance professional competence (2) Improve research capabilities (3) Foster teamwork spirit (4) Expand international perspectives.
The teaching focus of our doctoral program differs from the master's program, placing greater emphasis on enhancing research capabilities and cultivating professional competence among doctoral students to address the crisis in the domestic higher education system.
